Notify service providers automatically
When incidents or emergencies are reported over HomeBeat.Live, the system immediately makes them available to all users. To ensure that your property manager also gets notified automatically, you need to register the required e‑mail addresses in the "Service Notifications" section of the building setup.
For both Incidents and emergencies a list of e‑mail addresses can be registered. When not sure which e‑mail addresses are appropriate please do check with your service provider(s). Out of courtesy it’s always a good idea to notify them that HomeBeat.Live has been set up and they will start receiving e‑mails by the system, making their work more efficient, visible and more appreciated.
You can also set the language in which these e‑mails will be sent out.
